This is the moment we've all been waiting for: The first photos from George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin’s wedding ceremony have arrived! As one would imagine, the couple looked beyond gorgeous as they tied the knot at Aman Canal Grande Venice in Italy on Sept. 27. They appear on the cover of this week's People magazine (and Hello! internationally), which includes 25 photos from their wedding album. Matt Damon, Emily Blunt, and John Krasinski were among the approximately 100 guests who attended the private service (see their fashions here).

The AGT star swapped her leather and knee-highs for a more casual look Heidi Klum showed off the versatility of her spring wardrobe as she stepped out for a solo outing in Pasadena on Wednesday.  The America's Got Talent star, 50, looked surprisingly casual when she was spotted wearing a pair of stylish fitted mid-wash blue jeans that grazed her ankles with a slightly distressed hem.  She teamed her waist-cinching denim with a pistachio green figure-skimming roll-neck and a coordinating pastel blazer with boxy shoulders.

Can you believe it's been a whole year since we first caught sight of Megan Fox's mammoth engagement ring? Her fiancé Machine Gun Kelly took to his Instagram to share the intimate moment he slipped the ring on Megan's finger following his proposal at the Ritz Carlton Dorado Beach resort in 2022. "One year ago under a banyan tree," he captioned the clip which showed Megan holding out her left hand complete with one of the bands that make up the entire ring.

In short, the report found that strong muscles will stop your upper body rotating, making you a more efficient runner. If you are using poles in trail or ultra running, upper body strength is a key factor to using them efficiently and not ending up with sore, tired shoulders that hinder rather than help your performance.
